H&HISs client is a manufacturing company in Ho Chi Minh City. Currently, our client is looking for a candidate for the position of CEO with the following responsibilities:

Job Description

Develop and implement the companys overall strategy, including product strategy, market strategy, financial strategy and human resource strategy.

Be responsible for the companys business performance to the Board of Directors/Chairman of the company.

Monitor and direct production activities, ensure product quality, delivery schedule and optimize production costs.

Develop and maintain a product quality management system.

Research and apply new technologies and production processes to improve productivity and efficiency.

Develop and implement business and marketing plans to expand the market and increase sales.

Build and promote the companys brand.

Plan production strategies in line with the Companys business strategy in each period.

Organize and operate all production activities of carpentry and mechanical workshops to ensure productivity and quality on schedule with the most optimal cost.

Take charge of building, maintaining and updating the implementation of production processes and quality regulations throughout the Company to ensure product quality for the Company.

Take charge of building labor standards, raw material standards, and other consumption standards in production.

Be responsible for managing, training and developing personnel, assigning work, inspecting, supervising, urging, supporting, and evaluating subordinate personnel

Requirements

Have at least 5 years of experience in production management and operation. Graduated from university or higher in business administration, economics, engineering or related majors.

Understanding of the interior field.
