[Position]Vietnam Production Plant Operations Manager

[Description]MI-TECH, a leading global medical device manufacturer headquartered in South Korea, is establishing a new subsidiary in Vietnam. We are seeking an experienced operations manager to oversee our Vietnam production facility and ensure stable plant operations.

[Key Responsibilities]

• Production management and planning
• Workforce management and supervision
• Process quality control and assurance
• Communication and coordination with Korean headquarters

[Preferred Qualifications]

• 5+ years of manufacturing operations experience
• Proficiency in either English or Korean required
• Korean language skills strongly preferred(for effective headquarters communication)
• Experience in manufacturing operations management
• Experience in overseas subsidiary or factory management

[Location&Work Hour]

• Lot A-4, Dong Nam Industrial Park, Binh Duong Province, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
• 6 days a week, 9AM-6PM or 8AM-5PM(To be Determined)
