Card Product Manager

I. JOB PURPOSE

Manage and develop card products throughout their lifecycle, from product planning and development to launch and continuous improvement, with a focus on business growth, customer experience, and product performance.

II. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and executecard product plans and roadmaps in line with the Bank's business strategy.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, competitor activities, and payment trends to identify product opportunities.
• Manage the development, enhancement, and lifecycle of card products and features.
• Monitor product performance, including customer growth, transaction volume, revenue, usage, and profitability.
• Leverage customer and transaction data to identify opportunities to improve product performance and customer experience.
• Coordinate with Business, Technology, Operations, Risk, Legal, Marketing, and external partners to deliver product initiatives.
• Develop and manage initiatives with card schemes and payment ecosystem partners.
• Prepare business cases, product proposals, and performance reports for management review.
• Continuously identify and implement initiatives to improve product adoption, usage, and customer satisfaction.

III. KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance & Banking, Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in banking, payments, cards, or digital finance, with relevant experience in Product Management/Product Development.
• Strong understanding of card products and the payment ecosystem.
• Experience in product development, product lifecycle management, and business performance analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Customer-centric mindset with strong business acumen.
• Good command of English, with the ability to work with international partners.
