In charge of Sales, Account management & Operations:
1. SALES:
Be accountable business targets (Sales, Orders, Pipeline) for MRV products in national region.
Run sales delivery for MRV & assigned targets
Develop & execute project pipeline, enhance winning rate and build up backlog for MRV projects by direct approach & in-direct approach (through project dealers)
Do sales forecast by customers, product wises by monthly/quarterly/yearly
2. NETWORK MANAGEMENT & EXPANSION:
Build & maintain good relationship with MEP/HVAC contractors & developers
Work closely with specifier/consultant for technical & tender support, calculation, design for MRV
Negotiate & finalize sales contracts to maximize sales revenue & align with sales targets.
Support project dealer to do MRV sales/spec-in and tender, training, meeting
3. OPERATIONS:
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations of contract, billing, payment, Delivery
Track sales activities and provide regular reports on sales performance/finance/Log
Other related tasks assigned by Line Manager.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Education background: Bachelor's degree in HVAC/Mechanical Engineering is must
2. Working experience: At least 3-5 years working experience of VRF/VRF/LCAC projects
3. Skills:
Proficiency in English and/or Chinese is prefer
Excellent communication & negotiation skills, closing deal
Good at planning & sales forecast skills
Competent in doing specification/MRV selection
4. Others:
