Job Description


1. JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Develop sales strategies and market expansion plans for VRF, PAC, RAC, and Chiller product lines.
  • Lead, manage, and grow the nationwide sales team; set KPIs and monitor performance.
  • Identify, build, and expand networks with distributors, M&E contractors, and design consultants.
  • Engage directly with key stakeholders: investors, developers, and large M&E contractors to drive sales.
  • Coordinate closely with Marketing, Technical, and Project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Conduct market analysis, evaluate competitors, and propose effective business solutions.
  • Develop pricing strategies, sales policies, and incentive programs.
  • Manage the sales budget and ensure achievement of annual sales targets.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on business performance and market forecasts to the Board of Directors.
2. REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree in Refrigeration Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Minimum 57 years of sales management experience in HVAC, preferably in VRF/Chiller segments.
  • Strong network with M&E contractors, design consultants, and project investors.
  • Solid understanding of VRF, PAC, RAC, and Chiller systems and related technical standards.
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and commit to achieving sales targets.
