About the Role:
As a C&B Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end payroll process, handling employee data, and supporting the C&B Team Manager in various HR administrative tasks. Your expertise in local labor law and strong attention to detail will be essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities:
Payroll (internal staff and service contracted people):
- Coordinate with department to get approved timesheet for monthly payroll
- Calculate monthly payroll and get all required approval for payment
- Process monthly payroll payment
- Send monthly payslip to employees.
Others:
- Support the C&B Team Manager in managing and communicating KPIs
- Generate and submit periodically reports to local authorities at their requests
- Other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.
HR Admin Tasks:
- Prepare labor contract and C&B related documents
- Follow up labor contract/ annex expiry and proceed contract renewal
- Support the C&B Team Manager in on-boarding and termination process including documentation preparation, communication to related departments, exit interview and onboard/off-board checklist.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee database as well as completion of employee's personal profile.
Requirements:
- Candidate must have Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/ Economics or related fields
- Having professional experience in human resources or related services.
- Must possess effective communication skills (written and verbal).
- Solid on-site experience.
- Good understanding of local labor law and regulations.
