About the Role:

As a C&B Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end payroll process, handling employee data, and supporting the C&B Team Manager in various HR administrative tasks. Your expertise in local labor law and strong attention to detail will be essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

Payroll (internal staff and service contracted people):

  • Coordinate with department to get approved timesheet for monthly payroll
  • Calculate monthly payroll and get all required approval for payment
  • Process monthly payroll payment
  • Send monthly payslip to employees.

Others:

  • Support the C&B Team Manager in managing and communicating KPIs
  • Generate and submit periodically reports to local authorities at their requests
  • Other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.

HR Admin Tasks:

  • Prepare labor contract and C&B related documents
  • Follow up labor contract/ annex expiry and proceed contract renewal
  • Support the C&B Team Manager in on-boarding and termination process including documentation preparation, communication to related departments, exit interview and onboard/off-board checklist.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee database as well as completion of employee's personal profile.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must have Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/ Economics or related fields
  • Having professional experience in human resources or related services.
  • Must possess effective communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Solid on-site experience.
  • Good understanding of local labor law and regulations.
