We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive C&B Intern to support our compensation and benefits operations. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in payroll preparation, timesheet management, labor contract administration, and employee data management, as well as employee benefits administration in a dynamic and professional HR environment
Responsibilities:
Administration
- Input OT, annual leave, and absence data into the HR system.
- Update employee changes such as salary adjustments, job titles, workplace, and leave days.
- Review, organize, and archive employee records, labor contracts, contract appendices, and HR decisions.
- Draft and support the issuance of labor contracts, contract appendices, and HR decisions.
- Process personal income tax (PIT) code registration for new employees.
- Support other HR & administrative tasks as assigned.
- Participate in HR department internal activities.
Requirements:
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets (basic functions such as SUMIF, VLOOKUP; pivot table is a plus).
- Proactive, eager to learn, and responsible in handling tasks.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team.
- High sense of confidentiality in handling employee information.
