Job Description

Introduction

We are looking for a Human Resources Specialist who will be responsible for managing a variety of HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. This role requires a proactive individual who can handle multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Recruitment: 70%

  • Lead and implement end-to-end global talent acquisition strategies that support our business objectives and culture
  • Provide leadership guidance to TA team members and partner with hiring managers to support all teams&apos hiring needs
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in talent acquisition and the labor market
  • Build a strong pipeline of passive and active candidates not only through traditional free and paid channels but also through creative ways, external and internal initiatives, enabling us to grow predictably and within short notice.
  • Build and nurture relationships with talented professionals in and off work allowing us to increase our team size, reducing our lead time to hire.
  • Continuously enhance our recruitment process to have an outstanding candidate experience and to increase our recruitment team members efficiency..

C&B: 30%

  • Handle HR operations and benefits administration including self-insured, group life, medical insurance as well as expatriate, partner & directors benefits administration;
  • Support HR Manager to develop and implement C&B Policies, Reward & Recognition Programs, Loyalty Schemes, Health Care
  • Assist HR Managers in annual salary review, performance evaluation, promotion programs, etc.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the Management
  • Participate/ assist HRM in implementing teams projects & initiatives

Key Requirements

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition and HR Specialist roles.
  • Proven track record as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar position.
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruitment, including various interview techniques and assessment methods.
  • Strong English communication skills, particularly in reading and writing technical documentation.
  • Experience in hiring technical roles within the Technology industry is a plus

Remuneration Package

  • Working Hours: 9:00 17:00 (Monday to Friday); Lunch break: 12:00 13:00
  • Salary: Competitive, with a commitment to offer higher than the candidates current package upon verified evidence of salary
  • Performance Review: Twice a year
