Strategic Leadership & Market Development
Translate national strategy into actionable commercial plans tailored to the Southern Vietnam healthcare market.
Drive Sales, Marketing, and account development efforts to achieve revenue growth, product mix optimization, and market penetration.
Identify and cultivate key accounts and stakeholder relationships (e.g., KOLs, hospital leaders, procurement bodies) to expand market presence.
Oversee the full customer lifecyclefrom demand creation to post-sale satisfactionto build long-term business partnerships.
Collaborate with Product Marketing for successful product launches, value proposition alignment, and regional Go-to-Market strategies.
Manage Sales Funnel (Opportunities)
Team Leadership
Lead, coach, and develop the Southern Sales team to build a performance-driven, customer
focused culture.
Set clear objectives, manage team resources effectively, and ensure accountability for results.
Identify competency gaps and provide continuous development to build team capability.
Uphold and role-model on leadership, fostering a culture of integrity, compliance, and ethical
business practices.
Requirements
Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Related Experience
Minimum 810 years of progressive experience in Sales or business development, including at least 5 years in medical devices or healthcare solutions.
Proven track record of managing large accounts, achieving and exceeding sales targets, and driving sustainable business growth in a highly regulated environment.
Hands-on experience in B2B sales, ideally within the healthcare or medical device sector.
At least 5 years of leadership experience.
Soft Skill
Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop teams to peak performance.
Strategic mindset paired with a strong execution focus and ownership mentality.
Proficient in Sales planning, forecasting, and pipeline management.
Good understanding of Sales performance metrics, CRM systems, and data-driven reporting.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Customer-centric with the ability to build, nurture, and sustain long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
High standards of integrity, compliance, and ethical business conduct.
Proficient in both written and spoken English.
