Get To Know The Role

We are looking for a senior strategy and business-planning professional who can turn complex business data into clear executive decisions.
The role focuses on analyzing fragmented data, country inputs and financial information to develop compelling business stories, executive-ready presentations and practical recommendations.
The successful candidate will be expected to independently analyze regional business performance, identify what matters most, build the storyline and personally create high-quality leadership presentations.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Strategic Insights
Analyse business performance across multiple markets, including GMV, Revenue, EBITDA and vertical performance.
Identify key business trends, performance drivers, risks, opportunities and trade-offs behind the numbers.
Synthesize complex and sometimes conflicting data into clear, actionable insights.
Explain what happened, why it happened and what should happen next.
Challenge country and vertical plans, assumptions and proposed interventions with a strategic perspective.
Business Planning & Strategy
Develop narratives and materials for business reviews, Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and three-year planning.
Support annual and three-year planning through target setting, scenarios and financial waterfalls.
Develop business cases, demand forecasts and go-to-market strategies.
Translate business analysis into practical strategic recommendations and action plans.
Support selected strategic initiatives from problem definition through execution and outcome tracking.
Executive Communication & Data Storytelling
Structure compelling business narratives for senior leadership.
Personally create concise, decision-oriented executive presentations and leadership slides.
Determine which insights are most relevant to leadership and simplify complex information into clear messages.
Present business performance, key issues and recommendations in a structured and compelling way.
Use strong visual communication to make complex analysis easy to understand and act upon.
Stakeholder & Strategic Initiative Management
Work closely with senior cross-functional stakeholders across markets and business functions.
Influence stakeholders and drive alignment without formal authority.
Challenge assumptions constructively and facilitate discussions around strategic trade-offs.
Lead selected strategic partner or ecosystem initiatives.
Coordinate stakeholders to move strategic initiatives forward and achieve clear business outcomes.

Job Requirement

12–15 years of experience in Strategy, Business Planning, Management Consulting, Commercial Strategy, Finance Strategy or Strategic Initiatives.
Strong commercial and financial thinking with the ability to connect business performance to strategic decisions.
Proven experience turning complex, fragmented or conflicting data into a simple and compelling business narrative.
Strong experience personally structuring and creating executive presentations and leadership slides.
Experience developing business cases, strategic plans and multi-market initiatives.
Strong strategic judgement and structured problem-solving skills.
Excellent visual communication and executive storytelling capabilities.
Comfortable working with ambiguous business questions and incomplete data.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, particularly with senior stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and take ownership from analysis through recommendation and delivery.

Salary And Benefits

Up to USD 3,400 Gross/month + 1-month Completion Bonus (Completion Bonus is paid upon successful completion of the 12-month contract).
100% salary in 2-month probation period & full SHUI.
