Responsibilities

Job Description:

Establish & Flesh Out Business Plans: Coordinate with Business Operations and Service Owners to prepare business plans aligned with P&L goals (revenue target, service structure, international ratio %).
Break Down Targets: Deconstruct annual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly targets by individual service and Account Manager (AM).
Drive Sales Operations: Collaborate with the Sales Center / Account Managers to drive sales according to plan; track revenue progress against monthly/quarterly/annual KPIs. When conversion rates are low or target metrics fall short: request AMs to add new pipeline opportunities and analyze pipeline bottlenecks.
Coordinate Pre-sales Activities: Work closely with Sales and technical specialists to provide product consulting, review quotes, contracts, and Scope of Work (SOW) prior to submission for approval.
Business Analytics & Reporting: Track, synthesize, and analyze business performance metrics; perform revenue breakdowns, build reports, and provide data to support executive management and operations. Co-monitor business efficiency, enhance sales capacity, and improve operational performance.
Market Research & Advisory: Assist in market research, trend analysis, and benchmarking of new products and services; advise and propose initiatives to enhance the Center's competitive advantages and service development.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, or related fields.
Experience: 2–4 years of experience in business planning & operations or equivalent positions within the IT / System Integration (SI) sector.
Analytical Skills: Strong numerical mindset, capable of quick calculations, cost estimation, and effective revenue/cost breakdown.
Business Acumen: Proficient in pipeline management and deep understanding of B2B sales processes.
Domain Knowledge: Ability to learn and grasp basic concepts of Information Security products & services (further training will be provided).
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and task coordination skills.
Meticulous and detail-oriented when handling numbers and documentation, with the ability to solve problems independently.
