Business Planning Analyst

Job Summary

Support business planning, performance analysis, KPI monitoring, and

sales incentive activities. Prepare reports and insights to support business decisions.

Responsibilities

1. Business Planning & Performance Analysis

• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and KPI target setting.
• Monitor business performance against budgets and previous periods.
• Analyze performance trends, gaps, and opportunities across centers, regions, and products.

2. Sales Incentive Management

• Support the development and review of sales incentive schemes.
• Calculate monthly incentives and work with relevant teams to verify the results.

3. Business Reporting & Collaboration

• Prepare regular and ad hoc business reports and analyses.
• Work with business teams to understand their needs and provide insights for decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in business analysis, planning, finance, or a related role.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills.
• Basic understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and business KPIs.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with Power BI or SQL is an advantage.
• Good written and spoken English is preferred but not required.
