Business Development Supervisor

I. Job Accountabilities:

In charge of effectively operating current services, partnership campaigns and developing newly launched services.

• In charge of maintaining and expanding the Services range in Circle K.
• Closely work with related teams internally and partners to ensure the smooth operation of services in both customer service, system and new service development.
• Negotiate partnership terms and sign contracts to optimize long-term win-win benefits; maintain and expand existing partner networks for long-term campaigns.
• Support the line manager in executing projects from preparation and pilot testing to official launch and coordinate with departments to ensure quality and deadlines.
• Closely monitor with reports of the services performance at Circle K and store level.
• Handle market research and reports.
• Other tasks are as assigned by Line Manager.

II. Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
• Having experience in retail, Fintech, advertising is an advantage.
• Up to date, open to new ideas & tech savvy.
• Strong problem solving, attention to details and can-do attitude.
• Good interpersonal skills & communication in both Vietnamese and English.
• Must be computer literate in Word, Power Point and excellent in Excel.
