Business Development Executive

ChargeLink is a lean and high-tech EV charging startup in Vietnam. We operate both hardware (DC fast chargers 30/60/120/600kW) and international-standard OCPP software, delivering turnkey solutions for site owners, investors, and fleet operators. Our goal is to accelerate EV adoption with a scalable, flexible charging network.

Role Overview

We are looking for a driven Business Development Executive to help expand our charging footprint. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, thrives in a startup environment, and is motivated by results.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach B2B prospects including real estate developers, fleets, and auto dealers
• Pitch comprehensive charging solutions (hardware and software platform)
• Negotiate commercial terms and close contracts
• Collaborate directly with founders in a flat, fast-moving team

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales or business development experience, B2B preferred
• Strong communication skills in Vietnamese and good English proficiency
• Resilient, proactive, and results-oriented
• Comfortable working with both technical and financial aspects of projects
