2. Job Purpose
Business Development Specialist role is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with Enterprise Brands, consulting and deploying Performance Marketing & Affiliate solutions on PerMate's all-in-one partnership automation platform. The role aims to maximize revenue growth, campaign effectiveness, and ROI for clients.
3. Key ResponsibilitiesA. Enterprise Client Development
- Proactively identify, approach, and build long-term relationships with large Enterprise brands across industries such as Finance, Fintech, Banking, E-commerce, Retail, and Technology.
- Understand clients business objectives and advise tailored Performance Marketing solutions leveraging the PerMate platform.
- Conduct sales pitches, product demos, and proposal presentations for clients marketing campaigns.
B. Sales Process Management
- Manage sales pipeline, revenue forecasting, and deal progress using CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
- Collaborate closely with Customer Solutions, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure smooth campaign onboarding and execution.
- Oversee contracts, quotations, billing, and payment processes to ensure timely and effective deal closure.
C. Campaign Optimization & Upselling
- Analyze campaign data and performance metrics to advise optimization strategies focused on ROI, CPA, CPS, CR, and overall effectiveness.
- Proactively propose upsell and cross-sell opportunities for PerMate's additional services, features, or solutions.
- Act as the main point of contact between Enterprise clients and internal technical/product teams.
D. Reporting & Market Insights
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, deal won/lost analysis, and individual KPIs on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Provide insights and recommendations to support Enterprise market expansion strategies based on client feedback and market trends.
4. Job RequirementsEducation
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in Enterprise Sales, Key Account Management, or Business Development within SaaS, Digital Marketing, E-commerce, or Performance Marketing agencies.
- Proven experience closing deals with large brands and managing Enterprise-level accounts.
- Strong advantage if experienced in Performance Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, or Martech platforms.
Skills
- Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong understanding of marketing data and performance metrics such as ROI, CPA, CPS, CR, and campaign KPIs.
- Proficient in CRM systems, Google Workspace, and advanced Excel.
- Good English communication skills with the ability to read and understand business and technical documentation.
