Job title: Business Development (for SUGO App)

Responsibilities:

1. Identify and recruit potential agencies and hosts to join the platform.
2. Develop host resources from TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
3. Recruit part-time hosts from universities, communities, and online platforms.
4. Maintain good relationships with agencies and hosts, and support their growth on the platform.
5. Provide basic training to hosts on platform usage, monetization methods, and user engagement.

Requirements:

1. Fluent in Vietnamese; English communication ability required.
2. 1+ year experience in live streaming, social entertainment apps, MCN agencies, or talent recruitment.
3. Familiar with Vietnamese social media platforms (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
4. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
5. Self-motivated and result-oriented, able to achieve recruitment targets.
