Business Development Specialist
Your Responsibilities:
- Your functional scope will include building and managing strong relationships with all qualified Dental Service Organizations (DSOs), Big Laboratories, and University partners to maximize the adoption and integration of Ivoclar products.
- You will coordinate all activities related to DSO, Big Lab, and University segments in close collaboration with the Business Development Manager, the Marketing & Education Team, and the Global Key Account Management Team.
- Your operational scope will include executing monthly financial controlling and implementing corrective actions to achieve the DSO, Big Lab, and/or University business objectives.
- You will be responsible for gathering local market intelligence, analyzing the competitive landscape, monitoring industry activities and regulatory developments, and leading negotiationsincluding annual reviewsacross individual contracts and overarching business agreements for strategic partnership accounts.
Your Qualifications:
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in Sales and Key Account Management in dental/ healthcare industry.
- University degree
- Good communication and negotiation skills in English language
- Willingness to travel- upto 45%.
- High energy level; flexible, adaptive, inquisitive and sales-oriented drive.
