Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Specialist based in Phng Long Bin. The responsibilities include identifying business opportunities, generating leads, conducting market research, and building and maintaining relationships with clients. The role involves analyzing customer needs, collaborating with internal teams, and providing top-quality customer service. The specialist will actively contribute to achieving business growth through strategic planning and execution.

Job Description:

  • Consult and introduce LCD components to corporate clients (B2B sales), and propose suitable technical solutions.
  • Search for new customers and develop markets in Vietnam as well as Europe.
  • Ensure completion of KPI targets related to calls, client visits at their offices or factories.
  • Handle the full sales process: sending quotations, negotiating contracts, and closing orders.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, basic English required.
  • Priority for candidates who can drive a car, as frequent client visits (office/factory) are required.
  • Energetic, proactive, and motivated to grow long-term.
  • Frequent traveling for client meetings and on-site work in Ho Chi Minh City / Hanoi / China.

Working Hours:

Monday Friday (8:30 AM 5:30 PM, lunch break 12:00 13:00)
