Kingston Medical Group is a Singapore-based healthcare and health-tech group established in 2017, serving 700+ corporate clients across Asia Pacific. We specialize in foreign worker health screening services, digital healthcare solutions, and innovative medical devices, including self-service health kiosks and automated screening systems.

As part of our Vietnam expansion, we are building a local commercial team in Ho Chi Minh City to drive partnerships, sales, and market penetration across clinics, hospitals, pharmacy chains, corporates, and healthcare distributors.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Business Development Specialist to support and execute our Vietnam market entry strategy. This role combines sales, partnerships, and field marketing, with a strong focus on B2B healthcare clients and channel partners.

You will work closely with the Head of Sales (Vietnam) and regional leadership to build pipelines, close deals, and establish Kingston Medical Group as a trusted healthcare solutions provider in Vietnam.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

Identify, develop, and manage B2B sales opportunities across:

Clinics and hospitals

Pharmacy chains

Corporate health screening providers

Healthcare distributors and partners

Conduct client meetings, product presentations, demos, and negotiations

Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-up documentation

Support deal closure and onboarding of new clients and partners

Partnerships & Market Expansion

Build relationships with local distributors, healthcare groups, and strategic partners

Support joint ventures, pilot programs, and trial deployments

Coordinate with internal teams on pricing, contracts, and rollout plans

Marketing & Field Activities

Execute local marketing initiatives (events, roadshows, demos, exhibitions)

Support participation in medical conferences, trade shows, and industry events

Collect market intelligence, competitor insights, and customer feedback

Reporting & Coordination

Maintain accurate CRM and sales pipeline tracking

Provide regular updates on leads, conversions, and market trends

Coordinate with Singapore HQ on product positioning and market strategy

Requirements

Experience & Skills

25 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing

Prior experience in healthcare, medical devices, pharma, health-tech, or B2B services is highly preferred

Strong understanding of the Vietnam healthcare or B2B landscape

Proven ability to engage decision-makers and close deals

Comfortable with field sales, presentations, and relationship building

Language & Communication

Fluent in Vietnamese (mandatory)

Working proficiency in English (spoken and written)

Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills

Able to work independently in a fast-growing, cross-border environment

Willing to travel locally within Vietnam as required

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating market trends and assessing business opportunities
  • Excellent Communication skills for building relationships, coordinating with teams, and presenting ideas effectively
  • Experience with Lead Generation and Market Research to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Customer Service skills to manage and nurture client relationships
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in business development or sales is preferred
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in a second language is a plus
