Job Description

Main Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential B2B clients in Vietnam, focusing on sellers and brands across Shopee, Lazada, Tiki, Sendo, and TikTok Shop.
  • Drive end-to-end acquisition: lead generation, outreach, pitching, negotiation, and deal closing.
  • Conduct in-depth research on Vietnam's e-commerce ecosystem, tracking emerging trends, consumer behavior, and competitor movements.
  • Monitor platform updates (Shopee campaigns, Lazada cross-border, TikiNOW, Sendo SME programs, TikTok Shop TSP/SSP ecosystem) to identify opportunities.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with brands, agencies, and sellers to create strategic partnerships.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to align on cross-border or multi-market opportunities.
  • Track and report progress on sales pipelines, client engagement, and revenue forecasts.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by consistently closing deals and expanding existing accounts.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within client portfolios.
  • Drive client retention and lifetime value through proactive engagement.

Qualifications

  • 12 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally within digital marketing, e-commerce, or social commerce.
  • Strong knowledge of Vietnam's e-commerce ecosystem (Shopee, Lazada, Tiki, Sendo) and understanding of TikTok as a fast-growing sales channel.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills in Vietnamese and English (both verbal & written).
  • Mandarin is a plus for regional collaboration.
  • Proficiency with digital outreach and CRM tools (Zalo Business, LinkedIn, email marketing, spreadsheets, etc.).
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets, negotiate effectively, and drive revenue growth.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn market and sales data into actionable insights.
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
