About the Role
We are looking for a high-agency Account Executive (B2B IT Sales) who is results-driven and capable of building long-term client relationships. This role plays a critical part in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth for our technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and develop B2B clients in the IT/software industry
- Build and expand strategic partner networks
- Consult and propose suitable technology solutions based on client needs
- Manage the full sales cycle: from prospecting → consulting → negotiation → closing
- Maintain and grow long-term relationships with clients
- Achieve sales targets and drive business growth
Requirements
- Year of birth: 1995 – 2000
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Sales / B2B Sales
- Strong alignment with Integrity and High-agency values (ownership, proactiveness)
- Good English communication skills, especially speaking
- Strong problem-solving mindset
- Experience in B2B Sales, preferably in IT/Software/Outsourcing
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and pipeline management skills
- Proactive, persistent, and results-oriented
