BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST | Partnerships & Sub-agents

Location: Hanoi

Reports to: Branch Manager

ATS is an international education consultancy helping students build study-abroad pathways to Australia, the United States, Canada, and other English-speaking countries.

We're looking for a Business Development Specialist to grow our partner and sub-agent network across Hanoi and northern Vietnam, strengthen partnerships, and drive business results.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Identify and develop partnerships with sub-agents, high schools, universities, language centers, and educational organizations; prepare proposals and negotiate agreements.
• Onboard, train, and support partners to maintain engagement and generate consistent lead referrals.
• Manage partner pipelines from leads to applications and payments, working closely with EC, Marketing, Partnership, and Visa teams.
• Organize partner seminars, workshops, and counseling events; research market opportunities and report on business performance.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, International Business, or a related field, with at least 3 years of relevant experience. Experience in education, study-abroad services, or working with schools and sub-agents is preferred.
• Strong partner outreach, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, alongside event organization and pipeline management capabilities.
• Good written and spoken English, effective internal coordination, and a proactive approach with accountability for results.
