Business Development Partner (Commission-Only / Remote)
Accounting Works is a recruitment firm in Vietnam specializing in accounting, finance, tax, audit, and related back-office positions.
We are looking for a Business Development Partner who can help us develop new client relationships and generate recruitment business opportunities in Vietnam.
This role is ideal for someone who already has a strong network and wants to earn based on performance, with no fixed salary and unlimited upside.
What you will do
- Develop new clients among foreign-invested companies in Vietnam
- Build relationships with HR, finance leaders, and management
- Identify hiring needs and convert them into recruitment projects
- Work closely with the CEO and recruitment team to support successful placements
- Expand relationships with existing clients and create additional business opportunities
- Use company target lists to identify the right contact persons and approach key decision-makers proactively
Requirements
- At least 2 years of recruitment sales experience in an agency
- Strong network with HR, finance, or C-level contacts in Vietnam
- Good English communication skills
- Experience in both new business development and account management
- Ability to identify and reach out to the right decision-makers even when contact details are not readily available
- Proactive, professional, and able to work independently
Preferred
- Understanding of accounting, finance, tax, or audit-related positions
- Japanese, Korean, or Chinese language ability
- Experience working with foreign-invested companies
Working style
- Fully remote

- 100% commission-based (no fixed salary)
