Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Ho Chi Minh City for a Business Development Manager. The role involves identifying growth opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and building strong client relationships. The Business Development Manager will drive revenue growth through market research, lead generation, client engagement, and negotiation. Responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions, managing accounts, and achieving sales targets while contributing to long-term business strategies. The individual will play a key role in positioning SpeedGrowth as the leader in AI-driven e-commerce solutions.

Qualifications
  • Strong business acumen, sales, and negotiation skills to identify and close business opportunities effectively
  • Proficiency in market research, strategic planning, and developing client acquisition strategies
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Experience in e-commerce, technology, or software sales is highly advantageous
  • Proven ability to analyze customer needs and propose customized solutions
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
