Business Development Manager (Offshore Services/Gaming)

Remote Resources / Saigon Dragon Studios is looking for a Business Development Manager – Gaming to grow our international client base.

What You'll Do

• Develop new business with international game developers, publishers and production studios.
• Build a qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting, LinkedIn, networking, referrals and industry events.
• Lead client discussions from discovery through proposal, negotiation and closing.
• Identify client needs and recommend the right solution: Game Art & Production Outsourcing, Dedicated Offshore Teams, or a combination of both.
• Work closely with production and recruitment teams to develop suitable solutions for clients.
• Build long-term client relationships and identify account growth opportunities.

The role covers both SDS game art/production outsourcing and RRI dedicated offshore teams for gaming companies.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of relevant experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management or Partnerships.
• Professional experience in the Gaming / Game Development industry.
• Good understanding of game production workflows, including areas such as 2D/3D Art, Characters, Environments, Animation, VFX or Technical Art.
• Proven experience in B2B Sales, Outbound Sales & New Client Acquisition.
• Strong English and confidence working with international clients.
• Experience in Game Outsourcing, Co-development, External Development or Offshore Staffing is a strong advantage.

This role is best suited to candidates with game production exposure and B2B client development experience, rather than profiles focused primarily on Game Marketing, UA, Community or PR.

Working location: Remote Resources - 14th floor Lottery Building, 77 Tran Nhan Ton, An Dong Ward, Ho Chi Minh City

Working time: 9 am - 6 pm, Monday - Friday
