This is a senior, high-impact role combining business development, project leadership, and technical consulting within the life-science industry. The position plays a critical role in representing the company as a trusted advisor to pharmaceutical, biomedical, and medical device manufacturers. It is ideal for experienced talents who enjoy both commercial ownership and hands-on project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead sales and business development activities for engineering and consulting services in Vietnam.
- Identify and develop new project opportunities in collaboration with internal business units.
- Manage and coordinate end-to-end project execution, including scope, schedule, and resources.
- Plan and implement project works, testing schedules, commissioning, and validation activities.
- Coordinate contractors and subcontractors, handling claims, variations, and technical issues.
- Prepare project documentation, status reports, commissioning files, and validation records.
- Act as the key interface between customers and internal engineering teams.
- Provide specialized consulting on engineering, GMP, quality systems, and validation compliance.
Qualifications
- Having bachelor's degree in Science/Engineering/Pharma is an advantage.
- Having at least 8-10 years in similar sales and consultant roles for Pharma/Healthcare sector.
- English communication efficient for business.
