ROLE PURPOSE

The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving profitable growth by:

  • Acquiring new clients
  • Upselling & cross-selling to existing clients
  • Building a disciplined, GP-protected sales pipeline

This role is not about closing deals at any cost, but about creating sustainable, high-quality growth aligned with CREASIA's values.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Identify, approach, and acquire new clients aligned with CREASIA's strategy
  • Develop and grow existing clients through upsell & cross-sell opportunities
  • Own and manage a realistic, high-quality sales pipeline
  • Collaborate with Strategy, Operations, and Finance to build deployable solutions
  • Ensure pricing and deal structures protect Gross Profit (GP)
  • Own the commercial process end-to-end, from lead to project handover
PERFORMANCE METRICS (WHAT)
  • New revenue & Gross Profit (GP)
  • Win rate & pipeline quality
  • Upsell / cross-sell contribution
  • Forecast accuracy & process compliance
EXPECTED BEHAVIORS (HOW)

REQUIREMENTS
  • 57+ years of B2B Business Development / Sales experience
  • Background in Marketing Services, Activation, FMCG, Retail, or Agency is a plus
  • Proven track record in generating revenue with healthy margins
  • Strong solution-selling, negotiation, and relationship skills
  • Comfortable with KPIs, targets, and accountability
