ROLE PURPOSE
The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving profitable growth by:
- Acquiring new clients
- Upselling & cross-selling to existing clients
- Building a disciplined, GP-protected sales pipeline
This role is not about closing deals at any cost, but about creating sustainable, high-quality growth aligned with CREASIA's values.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify, approach, and acquire new clients aligned with CREASIA's strategy
- Develop and grow existing clients through upsell & cross-sell opportunities
- Own and manage a realistic, high-quality sales pipeline
- Collaborate with Strategy, Operations, and Finance to build deployable solutions
- Ensure pricing and deal structures protect Gross Profit (GP)
- Own the commercial process end-to-end, from lead to project handover

- New revenue & Gross Profit (GP)
- Win rate & pipeline quality
- Upsell / cross-sell contribution
- Forecast accuracy & process compliance

REQUIREMENTS
- 57+ years of B2B Business Development / Sales experience
- Background in Marketing Services, Activation, FMCG, Retail, or Agency is a plus
- Proven track record in generating revenue with healthy margins
- Strong solution-selling, negotiation, and relationship skills
- Comfortable with KPIs, targets, and accountability
