1. Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for business development in the Vietnamese market (40%) and customer relationship management (60%).
- Collect and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Promote and deliver the company's products in the Vietnamese market.
- Conduct business communication and coordination with local customers, agents, and partners.
- Support order processing, quotations, shipments, and after-sales service.
- Regularly report business progress and market conditions, and provide improvement suggestions.
Full-time on-site presence in Hai Phong is not mandatory; working location can be discussed based on the candidate's qualifications.
2. Job Requirements
- Over 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the electronics or automation industry.
- Strong English communication skills; Chinese proficiency is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and good self-management.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
