We're seeking a Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth, manage key customer relationships and unlock new business opportunities at our Sng Thn facility.
What You'll Do
- Lead customer relationship management and account development
- Identify and secure new warehouse and transport business
- Conduct market analysis and develop growth strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Transport, Finance, HR, IT)
- Represent Lineage professionally to customers and stakeholders
- Support strategic projects across supply chain and operational improvement
What You Bring
- Extensive experience in sales or business development (preferably in logistics or supply chain)
- Degree in Business or related field
- Strong understanding of 3PL and cold chain operations
- Proven success in customer management and solution selling
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese
- Experience leading small to medium-sized teams
- CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
