Conduct research and analysis to identify new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and company goals.
Build sales plan and manage the team sales plan in detail for each quarter, month, and week.
Assess and identify new opportunities for growth in current and prospective markets.
Responsible for the strategy and management of major projects.
2. Performance Management:
Manage overall performance of the business development team both in term of sales target achievement and the work plan implementation status.
Supervise the work of employees and provide feedback and counsel to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Ensure that the company has adequate and suitable resources to complete its activities (e.g. people, facilities, equipment etc.)
Monitor work progress and keep in contact with clients at all stages (briefing, proposal, quotation, contract, campaign management, negotiating and close agreements).
Conduct analysis to identify room for improvement in terms of sales cycle, sales funnel conversion rate, sales productivity, etc.
Work closely with the Business Development Director to design and optimize the KPIs and Incentive scheme for Business Development Executive.
3. Sales Execution:
Implement activities to develop the business and achieve the revenue target assigned by BOD.
Identify and develop leads, converting them into paying customers.
Responsible for expanding the cooperation resources of Vietnam customers, establishing good relationship and platform building.
Responsible for promoting local business channel construction, online/offline merchant product sales, etc.
Manage effectively the sales process through prospect development, proposal, presentation and closing negotiations to achieve company goals.
Handle all customers enquiries related to on-boarding and sales operation process as well as managing customer relationship to deliver high level of customer satisfaction.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients with clients/partners/vendors/suppliers.
Prepare regular reports in accordance with company regulations and management requirements.
4. Other task:
Represent the company in events, conferences etc.
Complete other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.
REQUIREMENT:
Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in Agency, Marketing, IMC field or Sale & Distribution, with at least 3 year in a similar position
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, both written and verbal
Ability to build strong relationships with media outlets and related parties
Flexibility in problem-solving and the ability to work well under pressure
Proficiency in the English language
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience in investment funds or the stock market is preferred
