We are looking for a drive Business Development Manager with a strong network and proven experience in our similar industry, particularly in headhunting, staffing, and IT outsourcing services. The ideal candidate will identify business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth across Vietnam market.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in IT headhunting, staffing, and outsourcing.

Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring long-term strategic partnerships.

Work closely with internal recruitment and delivery teams to meet client hiring and project needs to convert into closures/placements eod.

Manage end-to-end cycle: Lead proposal creation, negotiations, and contract finalization.

Track market trends and competitor activities to propose effective sales strategies.

Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business or relevant specialization.

3+ years of experience in B2B sales/business development, preferably in either IT Headhunting or IT staffing or tech outsourcing.

Strong understanding of Vietnam's tech recruitment/staffing market and client needs.

Existing network of tech companies/startups or experience working with HR/tech decision-makers is a strong plus.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

Good English communication: Verbal and written.
