Role Description
- Start as the key bridge between the company s global team and the Japanese market, ensuring smooth coordination, alignment, and knowledge transfer.

- Facilitate collaboration between the company's teams in Vietnam, Japan, and partners.
- Support project planning, execution, and localization of solutions.
- Bridge cultural and operational gaps for seamless cross-border operations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, International Relations, or similar.
- 3+ years in Business Development, Project Management, or international coordination.
- Japanese Fluent (N1), or native Japanese
- Excellent communication, coordination, and cross-cultural skills.
