Job Summary

The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for driving business growth through new client acquisition, strategic partnerships, and service expansion.

This role works closely with the leadership, account, and marketing teams to identify opportunities, pitch CREASIA's integrated solutions, and close deals that align with the company's strategic goals

Key Responsibilities

1. New Business Acquisition (40%)

  • Identify, target, and convert potential clients in FMCG, consumer goods, and retail sectors.
  • Lead the end-to-end business development process: prospecting, pitching, proposal
  • development, negotiation, and contract closure.
  • Develop customized solutions that integrate Activation, Experience, and Social Commerce offerings.
  • Manage and maintain a robust pipeline through CRM or internal tracking systems.

2. Client Partnership & Retention (25%)

  • Collaborate with Account and Strategy teams to cross-sell and upsell existing clients.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.

3. Market & Strategy Development (20%)

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry insights to identify growth opportunities.
  • Support the leadership team in defining go-to-market (GTM) strategies and positioning.
  • Represent CREASIA in networking events, conferences, and industry associations.

4. Team & Collaboration (15%)

  • Work closely with internal teams (Account, Activation, Creative, Operations) to develop winning proposals.
  • Mentor junior BD Executives on prospecting, pitching, and relationship management.
  • Foster collaboration and knowledge-sharing within the Growth team.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 57 years of experience in Business Development, Account Management, or Sales,

preferably in FMCG, Marketing Agency, or Activation/Experience industries.

  • Strong network and understanding of Vietnam's marketing ecosystem.
  • Proven success in closing mid-to-large scale B2B projects.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in both Vietnamese and English.
