We are seeking a highly motivated and autonomous Business Development Manager (Manufacturing) to drive our growth in Vietnam.

This role requires a strong hunter mindset, focused on acquiring new manufacturing customers, building long-term strategic relationships, and positioning us as a trusted IT and digital transformation partner for factories and industrial enterprises.

What you will do:

Business Development & Sales

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the manufacturing sector (FDI & local factories, industrial zones).
  • Manage and develop a BD team of 2+ members.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline; handle the full sales cycle from lead generation, factory visit, proposal, negotiation to contract closing.
  • Develop sales plans and account strategies to achieve assigned revenue and growth targets.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers (GM, Plant Manager, Operations, Engineering, Procurement).
  • Act as the primary contact point for customers, ensuring professional communication and high customer satisfaction.
  • Identify upselling, cross-selling, and long-term partnership opportunities with existing accounts.

Market & Industry Analysis

  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities within the manufacturing sector.
  • Collect and report customer feedback and market intelligence to management and internal teams.
  • Participate in industrial exhibitions, factory networking events, and business matching activities.

Internal Coordination & Reporting

  • Work closely with Gradion's technical, engineering, and delivery teams to ensure proposed solutions meet customer requirements.
  • Coordinate with marketing on lead generation campaigns and manufacturing-focused initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data, sales forecasts, and periodic sales reports.

What you will bring:

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development in manufacturing, industrial, automation, robotics, or factory-related environments.
  • Proven experience working directly with factories and industrial customers.
  • Strong understanding of factory operations, production lines, automation, or industrial IT systems.
  • Comfortable spending significant time on-site at factories and industrial zones.
  • Strong hunter mindset with the ability to open new accounts and close complex deals.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and factory management.
  • Independent, proactive, and resilient in a field-sales environment.
  • Excellent English and Vietnamese communication skills (especially with FDI manufacturers).

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling robotics, automation, MES, ERP, or industrial software.
  • Existing network in manufacturing zones.
  • Engineering or technical background is a strong plus.
  • Automotive experience

  • Schedule: Monday Friday, 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
  • Location: Ho Chi Minh City or Ha Noi City, Vietnam
