Responsibilities
Business Development:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through collaboration with strategic partners.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners to ensure effective and sustainable cooperation.
Contract Management:
- Negotiate, draft, and manage contracts with partners.
- Ensure that all terms and conditions of contracts are fully executed and adhered to.
Product Knowledge:
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the bank's products and services.
- Provide detailed information and consultation to partners about the bank's products and services.
Process Management:
- Adhere to the bank's policies and procedures.
- Ensure that all business activities are conducted in compliance with legal regulations and the bank's standards.
Monitoring and Improving Sales Performance:
- Track and analyze sales performance of partners.
- Identify issues and propose solutions to improve sales performance.
- Develop regular reports on business performance and partner sales metrics.
Digital and Technological Integration:
- Leverage digital technologies to enhance customer engagement and streamline partner interactions.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in digital banking, fintech innovations, and technology solutions.
- Collaborate with internal tech teams to integrate new technologies and improve digital product offerings.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilize data analytics tools to monitor market trends, customer behavior, and partner performance.
- Generate insightful reports and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, Information Technology, or related fields.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the digital banking or fintech sector.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in data analysis and use of digital tools and platforms.
- Knowledge of digital banking solutions, payment systems, digital wallets, and other fintech technologies.
- In-depth understanding of digital banking products, policies, and processes.
- Proficient in English.
