Base Salary: From 15,000,000 VND (Negotiable) + Bonus + Commission
Job Description
- Build & lead sales team to achieve targets
- Develop strategies for US/CAN/China markets
- Handle key accounts & support team closing deals
- Monitor market trends & pricing strategy
- Track KPIs, coach & drive team performance
Job Requirements
- ≥3 years Sales Logistics, ≥1 year in leadership role
- Strong knowledge of US/Canada market
- Existing customer network & ability to generate business
- Team management & coaching skills
- Strong English communication
- Result-oriented, strong problem-solving
