Job Summary
Seafrigo Vietnam is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive business development in cold chain logistics. This role combines strategic sales, key account management, and light procurement coordination to support revenue growth and long-term client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand Seafrigo's presence in Vietnam
- Identify and secure new opportunities in food and cold chain logistics
- Lead negotiations, pricing, and contract discussions
- Achieve and exceed sales targets
Key Account Management
- Manage and grow key accounts, ensuring high client satisfaction and retention
- Act as the main point of contact for major clients and handle escalations
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Coordinate with operations to ensure service excellence
Procurement Coordination (Light Scope)
- Support sourcing and negotiation with carriers, agents, brokers, and trucking partners
- Ensure competitive pricing and reliable service from vendors
- Maintain relationships with key logistics partners
Requirements
- 5+ years in logistics or freight forwarding sales, including 1–2 years in a senior or leadership role
- Strong knowledge of ocean and air freight
- Proven track record in sales performance and key account development
- Fluency in Vietnamese (mandatory) and good English skills
- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work cross-functionally with clients, vendors and internally.
Preferred
- Experience in cold chain or food logistics
- Existing network with carriers, shipping lines, or logistics partners in Vietnam
- Existing client portfolio
- French language skills are a plus
