Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the telesales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to maximize sales opportunities.
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching, training, and feedback to improve performance.
- Set clear sales objectives and goals for the team and individuals.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and performance reviews.
- Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to support sales efforts and meet customer needs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of sales experience, preferably from telesales and B2C industry.
- Proven experience of team management.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze sales data and trends.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficient in English or Mandarin language.
