Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the telesales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Monitor team performance and provide coaching, training, and feedback to improve performance.
  • Set clear sales objectives and goals for the team and individuals.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and performance reviews.
  • Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to support sales efforts and meet customer needs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of sales experience, preferably from telesales and B2C industry.
  • Proven experience of team management.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze sales data and trends.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in English or Mandarin language.
