Business Development Intern

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Business Development Intern to join our Sales & Marketing division.

This role offers hands-on exposure to business development, partnership management, customer engagement, and commercial operations. You will work closely with experienced professionals while contributing directly to the growth of one of Vietnam's most iconic tourism and entertainment brands.

Research, build, and maintain databases of travel agencies, corporate clients, tourism partners, and prospective customers.

Support partnership development activities and maintain relationships with B2B partners.

Assist in managing customer inquiries through social media channels, hotline, email, and other online platforms.

Support booking management, contract administration, and sales-related documentation.

Conduct market research and monitor industry trends, competitors, and business opportunities within the tourism and entertainment sectors.

Assist in the execution of promotional campaigns, events, roadshows, and partnership activities.

Prepare reports, update sales data, and support daily business operations.

Perform other tasks assigned by the direct manager.

Final-year students or fresh graduates in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism, Hospitality, Communications, or related fields.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude.

Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Good English communication skills are a plus.

Passion for hospitality, tourism, entertainment, and business development.

Hands-on experience in business development, sales, partnerships, and customer engagement.
