Job Description

As a BD Head, your main responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives within the Air & Ocean business segment.
• Lead and manage the sales team.
• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand market share.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Leading and mentoring the sales team to drive performance and achieve targets.
• Monitoring market trends to identify potential growth areas and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence.
• Preparing and presenting business proposals and reports to senior management.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  
  

The Successful Applicant

A Successful BD Head Should Have

• At least 12 years experience in sales and business development within the freight forwarding industry.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Leadership skills to guide and motivate a high-performing sales team.
• Strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of market trends and the ability to identify opportunities for growth.
