We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Business Development Executive to join our team. You will serve as the bridge between customers and our platform, taking responsibility for managing the entire cooperation process, from finding suitable KOLs/Brands to ensuring the smooth and effective implementation of campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

- Client Relationship Development:

+ Identify and cultivate relationships with potential brands.

+ Deeply understand the needs and objectives of each brand.

+ Provide consultation and support to brands in developing marketing strategies on the platform.

- Campaign Management:

+ KOL Sourcing: Search for and select KOLs that align with each brand's campaign criteria as defined on the system.

+ Campaign Monitoring and Evaluation: Utilize platform tools to measure campaign effectiveness and report results to the CEO.

+ Issue Resolution: Handle any issues that arise during campaign execution and ensure client satisfaction.

- Product Improvement:

+ Gather feedback from clients to enhance platform features and services.

+ Propose new ideas to improve user experience.

Requirements:

- Experience:

+ At least 1 - 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or client relationship management.

+ Experience working with social media platforms and a deep understanding of the KOL market.

- Skills:

+ Communication Skills: Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

+ Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.

+ Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.

+ Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate and finalize contracts with partners.

- Personality:

+ Creative: Always seeking new ways to solve problems and improve efficiency.

+ Passionate: Passionate about marketing and communications.

Honest: Always honest and transparent in work.

- Preferred:

+ Experience working in the Marketing industry.

+ Knowledge of marketing and data analysis tools.
