With the goal of expanding our HR Services, Sunbytes is seeking a Business Development Executive based in Ho Chi Minh City. Ideal candidates have at least 3-year prior experience in B2B sales.
This role is responsible for driving new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and growing revenue through both new and existing accounts.

Sales Planning
Proactively seek new business opportunities
Prospect potential customers via cold calling, email, or other forms of communication to ensure they are added to the sales pipeline and produce more qualified leads
Develop a strong understanding of international clients business challenges, HR objectives, and success metrics.
Build a long-term strategic roadmap between Sunbytes and clients, providing data-driven insights and consultative recommendations for sustainable growth.
Work and collaborate with cross-functional team members to optimize processes, systems, messaging, and alignment strategies.
Sales Acquisition
Drive business growth by presenting tailored Sunbytes HR services that address client needs and objectives, ensuring alignment and value delivery.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Proven experience with 3+ years track record of establishing relationships and providing a consultative B2B sales approach.
Having HR-related service is a plus.
Ability to communicate in English fluently
Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies.
Excellent speaking, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to develop and negotiate agreements.
A proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
