Our Financial Information Division builds and operates Vietnam's premier financial databases and analytics platforms, including FiinPro-X and FiinTrade, covering equities, bonds, industries, macroeconomics, IPOs, and M&A. These platforms are trusted by most financial institutions in Vietnam, more than 50,000 retail investors, and several regional institutions.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business development plans for FiinPro-X, FiinTrade, DataFeed/API solutions, and other FI products under assignment from Managers/Directors.
  • Manage client service and relationship activities, ensuring strong engagement with existing clients and nurturing long-term institutional partnerships.
  • Lead or support client seminars/webinars; deliver presentations to promote FI solutions to clients and prospects.
  • Act as a key liaison for building and strengthening relationships in HCMC & Southern Vietnam with:
  • Existing and potential institutional clients
  • Domestic and international partners
  • Regulators (SSC, Stock Exchanges, VSD, etc.)
  • Data authorities (GSO, industry associations, etc.)
  • Provide market insights, client feedback, and product improvement ideas to Product and Research teams.
  • Report sales activities, pipeline, and revenue progress weekly/monthly/quarterly.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by line managers and senior leadership.

Requirements
  • Passion for consultative selling, client engagement, and delivering data-driven solutions to institutional clients.
  • Proven communication, negotiation, and deal-closing skills with mid-senior decision makers.
  • Strong presentation capability and confidence when working with technical teams or C-level executives.
  • Solid foundation in finance, securities, and macroeconomicsCFA background or equivalent certifications is a plus.
  • Preferably 13+ years of experience in B2B Sales/BD/Partnerships in banks, securities firms, AMCs, insurance, fintech, or financial data providers.
  • Proficient English communication and writing skills (IELTS 6.5+ or equivalent).
  • Strong customer-service mindset, ability to work independently, and effective cross-functional collaboration.
  • Growth-oriented, resilient under revenue pressure, and committed to long-term development.
