Business Development Executive

This is a full-time on-site position in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, for a Business Development Executive. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, maintaining client relationships, and managing key accounts. The Business Development Executive will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth, foster collaborations, and support Novonum Studio's strategic goals.

• Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Proficiency in Business acumen and strategic planning
• Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to build relationships and effectively present proposals
• Experience in Account Management and nurturing client partnerships
• Proactive and goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet targets
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience in the toy, art, or creative industries is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
