Role Overview
The Partnership / Vendor Management role focuses on building, managing, and scaling strategic relationships with global technology vendors and partners to drive business growth, enhance solution capabilities, and maximize commercial value for the company.
Key Responsibilities
Vendor & Partner Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for strategic technology vendors and partners.
- Develop and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with vendors across business, sales, and technical teams.
- Manage the full lifecycle of vendor relationships, from onboarding to performance review and renewal.
Business Development & Revenue Enablement
- Work closely with Sales teams to identify joint go-to-market opportunities with vendors.
- Leverage vendor funding programs (MDF, rebates, incentives) to support pipeline growth and revenue targets.
- Coordinate joint sales campaigns, account planning, and opportunity tracking.
Vendor Programs & Governance
- Understand and manage vendor programs, licensing models, partner tiers, and compliance requirements.
- Ensure internal alignment with vendor policies, contractual terms, and reporting obligations.
- Track partner performance, revenue contribution, rebates, and incentives.
Capability & Enablement Management
- Coordinate vendor-led training, certifications, and capability development for Sales and Technical teams.
- Support solution enablement and readiness for new products, services, and technologies.
- Work with internal stakeholders to close capability gaps required by vendor strategies.
Marketing & Go-To-Market Coordination
- Plan and execute joint marketing activities such as events, workshops, webinars, and customer engagements.
- Collaborate with Marketing teams to position vendor solutions effectively in the market.
- Support brand-building and thought-leadership initiatives with key vendors.
Internal Stakeholder Coordination
- Act as a bridge between vendors and internal departments including Sales, Technical, Marketing, Finance, and Procurement.
- Support issue resolution, escalation management, and cross-functional alignment.
- Prepare regular internal reports on vendor status, risks, opportunities, and next action plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, Economics, Marketing, IT, or related fields.
- Experience in Partnership Management, Vendor Management, Channel Sales, or Business Development.
- Strong understanding of technology ecosystems (IT services, Cloud, Software, Infrastructure is a plus).
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across regions and cultures.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Proficient in English for business communication.

- Effective utilization of vendor funding and incentive programs.
