Job Summary:
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for actively identifying, developing, and converting new business opportunities. This role focuses on lead hunting, market expansion, and client acquisition. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to build a strong sales pipeline, engage potential clients, and contribute directly to the company's revenue growth in Vietnam and regional markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Market Development
- Proactively research, identify, and hunt potential leads through various channels (LinkedIn, referrals, market research, networking, cold outreach, etc.).
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to identify high-potential business opportunities.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, tracking leads and opportunities through CRM tools.
- Identify new market segments, industries, and client profiles aligned with the company's offerings.
Client Engagement & Business Development
- Initiate and manage first-level client engagement, including outreach emails, calls, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Understand client needs and propose suitable solutions in collaboration with internal teams.
- Support proposal preparation, pricing discussions, and commercial negotiations where required.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with prospects and existing clients to drive repeat or upsell opportunities.
Research, Reporting & Coordination
- Conduct ongoing market and competitor research to support business development strategies.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and pipeline updates for management review.
- Coordinate with marketing, delivery, and recruitment teams to ensure aligned execution of business development initiatives.
- Provide insights and recommendations to continuously improve lead generation and conversion processes.
Qualifications & Experience
- 23 years of hands-on experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition, with a strong focus on lead hunting.
- Proven ability to generate and qualify leads independently, not just support senior BD roles.
- Experience in B2B environments (IT services, consulting, staffing, SaaS, or related industries is a strong advantage).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with professional working proficiency in English.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking processes.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple leads, and prioritize effectively.
- Proactive, target-driven mindset with strong ownership of outcomes.
