BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE KOL/KOC BOOKING & AFFILIATE ( FINTECH)

Job Overview: WeGolden is seeking a Business Development Executive with experience in FX/CFDs to drive new client acquisition, expand partnerships, and generate revenue. The role focuses on identifying business opportunities, engaging with retail and HNI clients, and promoting financial products in a dynamic trading environment.

1. JOB DESCIPTION:

• Identify, prospect, and onboard new clients and Introducing Brokers (IBs)
• Generate high-quality leads through networking, referrals, and outbound activities
• Conduct follow-ups via calls, emails, and digital platforms to maximize conversions
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with retail and HNI clients
• Manage and grow an existing client portfolio including IBs, money managers, and traders
• Promote and sell financial products including FX, commodities, indices, and shares
• Guide clients on trading platforms such as MT4/MT5
• Achieve monthly revenue and sales targets
• Collaborate with internal teams and share best practices for business growth
• Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments

Responsibility:

• Convert KOLs into IBs
• Maintain IB relationships
• Track ND performance
• No cold sales activities

2. REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Fluent English
• 1+ year of experience in KOL/KOC Booking, Affiliate, Influencer Marketing or related fields.
• Experience in Fintech, Trading, Crypto, FX or Prop Trading is a plus.
• Highly motivated, target-driven, and ambitious personality
• Strong problem-solving and customer-focused approach
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
