Appvertiser AI is a performance marketing and app growth company helping mobile app and game developers scale through user acquisition, ASO and Apple Search Ads. Through Agentic AI systems developed in-house, we help mobile app and game companies adopt AI from day one and continuously optimize ROAS across their growth operations. We partner with clients across APAC and internationally.

We are building our commercial presence in both Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi and looking for an ambitious early-career business developer based in either city. You will grow with Vietnam's large, fast-moving mobile app and game ecosystem — and connect it to opportunities across APAC.

The RoleThis is an entry-level role by design. We hire for potential, not years on a CV. We care most about how you think, how quickly you learn, and how consistently you turn feedback into better work. You will help mobile app and game companies identify where AI can create commercial impact, adopt our in-house Agentic AI solutions, and improve ROAS from the start. You will also build our pipeline across Vietnam with hands-on support from a senior team.

You will learn how Agentic AI applies to real growth challenges and work with commercial, growth and technical colleagues to translate customer needs into practical solutions. Prior experience building AI workflows is welcome but not required; curiosity, sound judgment and a willingness to experiment responsibly matter more.

What You'll Do

• Build practical knowledge of Agentic AI, ROAS optimization, mobile app growth, mobile gaming, ad tech and the APAC market
• Research and identify potential clients, partners and market opportunities across Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi and Vietnam
• Manage your pipeline from first outreach to qualified opportunity, with coaching from the senior team
• Understand clients growth challenges, identify where Agentic AI can create value, and frame solutions around measurable ROAS improvement
• Join pitches, meetings and negotiations, then build relationships that last beyond the first conversation
• Use — and help improve — our in-house Agentic AI systems, including AI SDR agents, to research, generate and qualify leads
• Work closely with Customer Success to ensure a smooth handover and strong client onboarding experience
• Meet clients in Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi and other Vietnamese markets and, when relevant, represent Appvertiser AI at industry events across APAC
• Report directly to the Country Manager and collaborate with colleagues across our international offices
• Share pipeline updates, lessons and market insights with the international sales team in bi-weekly calls

• A Plus — Not a RequirementExposure to mobile apps, mobile games, digital marketing or ad tech through coursework, clubs, internships or personal projects
• Familiarity with user acquisition, ASO, Apple Search Ads, mobile attribution or AI tools
• Additional languages spoken across APAC markets, or experience working with international communities
