Lead Generation: Proactively seek new sales opportunities through various channels, including social platforms (LinkedIn), networking events, and personal networks.
Requirement Collection & Proposal Development: Collaborate with the engineering team, including the BA, to collect the clients needs and develop the proposal.
Tracking & Report: Maintain accurate sales records, track progress, and provide regular reports to management.
What you bring
Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Experience: The candidate has 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development in the software or technology sector.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, especially in English, with the ability to present ideas clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with software, cloud, data engineering, and AI is a plus.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
