Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and Approach Potential Partners:Tm kim v tip cn i tc tim nng
  • Conduct targeted field sales activities, utilize local network and events to identify and approach potential school partners, aiming to expand Manabie&aposs network in the education sector.Kho st v tin hnh cc hot ng tip th, qung b ti cc im trng hc, c s gio dc, tn dng cc mi quan h a phng, cc s kin gio dc tip cn cc i tc tim nng, nhm m rng mng li ca Manabie trong lnh vc gio dc.
  • Generate leads and proactively approach potential center owners and teachers to explore collaborative opportunities.To ra cc c hi v tch cc tng tc vi ch trung tm/ gio vin tim nng khm ph c hi hp tc.
  • Deliver compelling pitch to showcase the value of Manabies educational products and services (face-to-face, phone, or video conference).Chun b kch bn thuyt phc nu bt c gi tr ca sn phm v dch v gio dc ca Manabie (trc tip, qua in thoi hoc hp video).
  • Develop and implement strategies to strengthen relationships with school, center owners and teachers.Ln chin lc thc thi cng c mi quan h vi cc trng hc, ch trung tm v gio vin.

  • Conduct thorough assessment to understand the specific requirements and challenges of education centers in order to propose solutions that address the unique needs of each center.Tin hnh nh gi k lng hiu r yu cu c th v thch thc ca cc trung tm gio dc nhm xut cc gii php p ng nhu cu ring bit ca mi trung tm.

  • Proposal Development-Pht trin xut hp tc
  • Present and explain the various schemes and tiers to center owners/ teachers, highlighting the value and benefits associated with each option.Trnh by v phn tch cc scheme v tier cho ch trung tm/gio vin, nhn mnh gi tr v li ch lin quan n mi la chn.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in the education sector.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to conduct thorough assessments and propose tailored solutions.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.

Working hours and places

  • WORKING HOUR: 9:00-18:00from Monday to Friday.
  • Working time will be flexible according to the assignment and arrangement of the department head and the requirements of the job
  • WORKING PLACE:Ha Noi ( Remote for the first time during the time office setting, must to available based on the schedule of the company/ manager)
